Вчення про термін і його види в Могилянських філософських курсах

У статті проведено порівняльний аналіз вчення про термін професорів Києво-Могилянської академії XVII-XVIIІ ст. Було проаналізовано 29 (з 30) філософських курсів. Викладаючи про термін, могилянські професори в першу чергу зосереджувалися на визначенні терміна й на його поділі. Їхнє розуміння терміна містило певну двозначність. З одного боку, термін розумівся як частина висловлювання, тобто суб’єкт або предикат. І це розуміння чітко виявляється у визначенні терміна. З іншого боку, викладаючи різні (близько 20) поділи терміна, могилянці виходили за межі цього арістотелівського розуміння. Тут термін поставав як основна семантична одиниця в логіці. У статті проаналізовано відмінності у тлумаченні професорами Києво-Могилянської академії основних поділів терміна. Крім того продемонстровано, як деякі професори (Теофан Прокопович, Амвросій Дубневич та ін.) намагалися систематизувати різні поділи термінів. Було встановлено, що могилянське вчення про термін цілком вписується в контекст ранньомодерної схоластичної філософії. А відмінності між різними професорами пов’язані в першу чергу з різними течіями всередині цієї філософії.Посилання
