The paper offers to name for the modern period of history of philosophy – apofatycal. Its beginning is initiated by creative work of F.Brentano. Therefore the views of F.Brentano, expounded in the paper of K.Twardowski «Franz Brentano and history of philosophy», are analyzed. Unlike Brentano, it is being proved that the beginning of the periods in history of philosophy relies not on the new methods, but on constantly recommencing ontology of reizm. Apophaticism of thing denotation consists in the fact that a thing can not be marked in arbitrary way, but only by describing without asseveration on its existence.References
