The article presents a fragment Inokentii Gizel’s philosophical course: Logica, Tractatus 3. De distinctionibus, Caput 3-7, where Thomistic and Scotistic solutions of the problem of distinctions are examined. The text is given as the critical edition of the original Latin text and Ukrainian translation. The translation was made by Mykola Symchych.
