ORIGIN OF THE WORLDS AFTER MAKSYM SPOVIDNYK

Abstract

In the present article there is made a research of origin of the eight worlds (according to the studies of St. Maksym Spovidnyk) as an independent historical-philosophical issue. There is given the description of the process of creation and the basic differences in Christian Neo-Platonism of St. Maksym Spovidnyk and the doctrines of the ancient representatives of the Neo-Platonism. It was analyzed the possible influence of St. Maksym Spovidnyk studies about the origin of the eight worlds on the Hryhorii Scovoroda studies about three worlds. References
